Even though its shared history is brief, Modern Day Outlaw is making moves. Having just recorded its debut album with Gus Rios of Malevolent Creation at South Florida’s Riversound Studios, Modern Day Outlaw is poised for the future and ready to show the rest of the world what southern metal is all about!
Drawing from all our influences, we take all aspects of rock and metal into accountability. Songs vary from slow southern groves, relentless aggression, catchy hooks, and melodic harmonies our Outlaw image was born. The music speaks for itself, created from what Rock N Roll should be, Modern Day Outlaw is ready to take on the world!
Modern Day Outlaw is a “Southern Metal” band. We honor and respect those who made the ultimate sacrifice so that we can enjoy our way of life. We take pride in our heritage, and shelter the thought of a much larger concept; a worldwide concept. With every nation throughout the world, there’s always a story to be told, a price to pay, and a sense of pride. We encourage everyone to take pride in whom you are and where you came from.
With that being said, one thing you can’t forget is that this group was formed with the sole purpose to create good music and have a good time. This is the culmination of good friends getting together with the intention of living for the moment, and creating some of the best music the world has ever seen!
