We are pleased to announce the Florida Rock Stars Scholarship Fund. In conjunction with the 2nd annual South Dade Food and Country Festival September 6, 2014 at the Harris Field Pavilion in Homestead, Florida Rock Stars is raising money for scholarship funds benefiting High School Seniors and College Freshmen from the South Dade area.
Florida Rock Stars is awarding a minimum of $2000 in scholarship monies in the form of cashier’s checks for students to use for incidental college expenses. The awards will be in the form of a $1000 check, a $500 check and two $250 checks and the winners will be announced live on stage at the Festival. A special contest has been established for students to compete and win the scholarships.
Florida Rock Stars is pleased to be in position to help raise money and awareness for local charities and has, over the years, done right for many organizations in need.
