2011 South Dade Rock Festival

Florida Rock Stars produced its very first event, the 2011 South Dade Rock Festival on February 19, 2011 at the Harris Field Pavilion in Homestead.  The inaugural show featured The Regs and Head First, two of the finest rock bands in all of South Florida.  Powerful stuff!   The monster event included a fabulolous assortment of fine foods and drink.  Over 700 fans feasted on awesome stone crabs, BBQ, pasta, hot dogs, burgers, ice cream, you name it, plus throw in jewelry, cigar and massage tents, glow sticks, laser guns, strobe lights and visual effects  and the party was on!   At the end of the show the drum roll was on as we pulled the winning ticket for the $500 cash prize among other prizes.  Stay tuned for our next show. Rock on!

Florida Rock Stars is all about showcasing the finest bands and venues in Florida in its mission to bring back good music and good times!
