First off, we weren’t shocked when Californians opted for the fresh flavors of Grilled Shrimp Tacos or when we discovered the Midwest states craved Chili’s classic Southwest dishes. However, we were surprised when our fans in New Mexico didn’t claim their namesake Sante Fe Chicken Salad, but their neighbors to the west did.

Texas, where Chili’s first opened in 1975, is known for doing everything BIGGER! So we could have guessed the Triple Dipper, our most sharable appetizer, to be named favorite. We do wonder why our Texas guests don’t favor the Texas Cheese Fries as much as our fans in West Virginia.
